Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client’s ASEAN Sales team to be based in Singapore to sell our portfolio of Digital & Enterprise services offerings. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, ability to meet/exceed quotas, and taking business to the next level. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning. This role is dominantly sales-focused.Highly energetic person who can work independently in addition to being a strong team player.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience selling solutions or services for a large System Integrator and 5-10 years total sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop territory and account plans, leveraging all assets available (e.g. lines of service, marketing, delivery) to drive pipeline and close opportunities
  • Build a pipeline to ensure quarterly/annual targets are met profitably
  • Understand the customer decision making process and develop relationships with key decision makers, nurture champions and coaches, and progress a deal through sales cycle.
  • Update, maintain, and accurately report out regular updates to sales forecast and territory plan.
  • Build strong relationships with product principal, SAP
  • Facilitate customer discovery and implementation scoping sessions to define requirements for input into implementation plans, estimates, resource models, and pricing models.
  • Coordinate with other internal resources, experts, and teams in formulating overall customer solutions and services for driving customer success.


Key Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities, bids, deal closure and relationship management
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets within the SAP/Digital marketplace
  • Proven experience in a sales role with service/large enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to develop and maintain a territory plan to build pipeline
  • Ability to plan and execute business transformation deals with TCV of $ 5M+
  • Leverage off an existing network of relationships for new business opportunities in the territory.
  • Capable of researching and understanding customer business challenges and tying them to associated value propositions of the company
  • Experience in ERP, Ecommerce, particularly SAP, Hybris
  • Knowledge across IoT / AI and Big Data and leading market trends
  • Infrastructure solution sales (managed services and professional services) experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Must be Singapore Citizen or PR



Travel:30-40% within assigned territory in ASEAN
